My name is Brad Wiltfong. I have a passion for cooking, community, and would love to share them with you.

Wild Fang Meal Prep is my attempt at providing a meal services that is tailored to your specific needs. I offer in home service and ready-to-eat meals with an emphasis on modified diets for older adults.

I typically work on a weekly schedule where I send out a weekly menu of seasonal/local options that we then modify to your needs. I am always willing to take special requests.

I am infinitely adaptable, so please ask.

Basic Service - Weekly Meal Delivery

$12-$18/meal

Weekly rotating menu of recipes.

We communicate to make any adjustments.

You place an order that is delivered 3-5 days later.

In Home Service

Starting at $150

This is the traditional “personal chef” style service that is highly variable and we can discuss and negotiate to accommodate most needs.

I bring all the tools I need, prepare the meal, clean up, and leave you to a spotless kitchen and leftovers.

Packaging and Flow

All my meals are packaged and delivered in glass meal prep containers and in a branded tote bag. The glass containers are microwave and oven safe. Use the tote bag to return the containers to me upon your next delivery.

Please plan to wash the containers before returning them whereupon I will fully clean and sanitize them for reuse.
